Our group had an amazing time at this rustic getaway! the scenic river setting and comfy beds made for a perfect stay. We loved the easy late-night self check-in and the helpful staff were always there to lend a hand. the restaurant and bar were a quick walk across the bridge, adding to the idyllic vibe of the place. Just a tip—if you’re planning to explore the national park, definitely book your entrance in advance.

I loved the delicious food they offered. I booked a gorgeous room complete with a nice fridge and a huge comfortable bed and a microwave. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park and the restaurants. I spent 3 nights and will be back.

I have just returned from a perfect stay in this economical hotel. Great, sized and nicely decorated rooms. the staff is really helpful and the atmosphere is family. the attached restaurant in the venue is good. Nicky'S Resort in Estes Park offers a delightful stay with affordable rates and well, appointed, spacious rooms. the friendly staff creates a welcoming, family, like atmosphere, and the on, site restaurant is a great dining option during your stay.

This a great location for Rocky Mountain National Park. At first, we thought that the rooms were small but, looking at other sites, they are about average. They were reasonably comfortable. The adjacent 'Nickys' restaurant is great; especially for steaks. Breakfasts are excellent too.

Very clean rooms. Liked the location, right next to the river. Has a beautiful patio area right next to river.

I don't think they should advertise breakfast when all they had were prepackaged muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal. We just ate at the restaurant next door which had a very good breakfast.

The room was always clean and had a fireplace, a large, cozy bed, and a microwave available.

Property location, quaint and rustic appearance, nice deck.

The mattress. The mattress was enveloped in a crunchy plastic 'bag' so everytime you moved, it made crunching sounds like you stepped on a box of rice crispies. It was also uncomfortable.

The setting of hotel was beautiful, in the foothills of the Rockies. Booked a room with the fireplace. We received great service from the helpful and excellent staff.

The room was always clean and had a cozy fireplace. 🪵 When we got there, we were pleasantly surprised to find a microwave and fridge in the room, which was super handy. the location on the outskirts was really nice and convenient, making it easy to explore around. 🏞️

Close to Rocky Mtn. National Park and has the "mountain" atmosphere about it.

Meals all seem "pricey" and not as appealing taste wise as some other local restaurants.

nice location to everything. We stayed with you some years past and found you a little more expency, but you have up dated the place very nicely.

The only thing was the night light outside was turned off at 5:00 am and keep our room light up all night.

The rooms were gorgeous and quiet with a king bed, you feel like home. This location was great and awesome, really close to nearby restaurants, shopping centers, and the foothills of the Rockies.

Disinterested staff. Poor breakfast - misleading. Led to believe that breakfast would be in adjacent restaurant building. On booking in, told that restaurant was closed for breakfast, only open at weekends. Grounds extremely tired and unkempt. Pool closed. Tennis courts unusable and all surfaces overgrown with weeds and abandoned. Uncomfortable iron seating outside rooms. Every resin chair broken in public areas. (There were only three).
