excellent proximity to downtown and beautiful park views
I loved how close we were to the Riverwalk in Downtown Estes Park and the stunning vistas offered by Milner Pass, making our weekend strolls both delightful and easy to explore. the stay was just perfect for a single traveler like myself who enjoys cozy settings with beautiful nature all around.

missingWrote a review on 11 Octdated propertythin walls
The entire property felt very dated, with thin walls that allowed noises from neighboring rooms to intrude, particularly annoying at night. The sliding glass door lacked privacy due to broken vertical blinds, making the room feel exposed with constant foot traffic outside. Additionally, the bathroom was tiny and awkwardly designed, with the basin located outside the actual bathroom space, which may not suit everyone's preferences. Wi-Fi setup relied entirely on QR codes, which could present challenges for less tech-savvy guests.

The King Room was charming and spacious. I loved the cozy wilderness decor and that sliding glass door leading right by the river. The sound of the water at night was super relaxing. Plus, the Keurig machine with coffee options was a nice touch. But, I did notice the walls are pretty thin, so you might hear more from your neighbors than you'd like.

The fries at the on-site restaurant were out of this world—crispy and seasoned just right! Plus, the location offers chill picnic areas that let you soak in those stunning mountain views. The room was clean and comfy, especially after a long day exploring Rocky Mountain National Park.
This is more a motel than a resort—don’t get duped by the photos! The sound insulation is a joke. we were up all night hearing our neighbor’s antics. And those tinted windows? Yeah, they don’t block out the light at night.

My partner and I found Nicky's Resort a cozy retreat near Rocky Mountain National Park. The setting by Fall River provided stunning views, and the on-site restaurant served excellent food. While the thin walls slightly disrupted our peace, the staff's friendliness made up for it.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed and lots of pillows. It had a microwave, fridge, and a fireplace. The bathroom offered free toiletries and a shower with strong water pressure. The location was awesome, just a short drive to the park entrance and close to beautiful river views. The on-site restaurant had delicious food too.

A great spot for our hiking trip, with the convenience of parking right outside our door. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring good water pressure and a hot shower. The affordable weekday rates made it easy on the budget. Enjoying fresh farm-to-table meals nearby was a delight, but the room was smaller than expected and lacked some premium amenities.

Cozy, cozy, cozy
I enjoyed my stay in a Family Room that was incredibly spacious and comfortable! With the river running right beside the property, the location was breathtaking and just minutes away from all the local shops. Our group had an awesome time! We explored the beautiful Twin Sisters Peak and the Glacier Gorge trail, both of which offered stunning views and waterfalls. The location was perfect, and we loved the fishing and sun terrace. Just be aware that the linens are a bit dated.
One downside was the room we booked. It felt cramped, and we had to change rooms during our stay, which was inconvenient.

Nothing to criticize.
